Ella Pooley
Consultant
Ella Pooley is a Consultant in Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) Practice.
A power and inequalities specialist, Ella conducted research in diversity and inclusion and, more specifically, the relation to gender and LGBTQIA+ rights. Within the DICE practice, Ella draws on her background in Political Science and Academic Research. Leveraging her theoretical understanding, Ella produces critical reviews of workplace policies and practices to support organisations in achieving their strategic vision.
Ella started her career in the community development and charities space, leveraging specialist groups to maximise impact and achieve their vision. In line with her background in project management, Ella utilises her knowledge to provide end-to-end support to clients across industries.
