Tessa Catt
Senior Research Consultant
Tessa Catt is a Senior Research Consultant in Green Park’s Civil Society and Government practice, bringing with her almost two decades of executive search experience. After making the move from project management into Research in 2011, Tessa is now an experienced senior researcher with a passion for ensuring that every search is perfectly executed, and a track record of working with clients across the not-for-profit, government, health, education and wider public and commercial sectors.
Prior to joining Green Park in May 2024, she led the Research and delivery function at a specialist corporate affairs search firm for three years and before that spent 15 years at a generalist search firm focused on Board level executive and non-executive roles. Tessa graduated from Durham University with a degree in Classics.
